As an inspirational team leader, you will manage a team and be responsible for creating an extraordinary shopping experience for our customers and driving sales and profitability results in your department. You will take responsibility for your department’s sales goals, develop and coach your team, and ensure the shop is in excellent condition and fully stocked.

Responsibilities

  • Steer sales to top-selling and prioritized products.
  • Ensure the shop is in excellent condition, fully stocked, and the product range is presented inspiringly.
  • Understand and make commercial use of IKEA sales and communication channels.
  • Develop and coach your team and its individual members.
  • Manage your team and staff plan to ensure sufficient staffing.
  • Promote IKEA's social and environmental commitment.

Requirements

  • Experience in leading, motivating, and developing a team to reach excellent results.
  • Passion for sales, result-driven with strong customer-orientation.
  • Ability to drive commercial performance in a retail setting.
  • Considerate decision-maker with strong analytical capabilities and prioritization skills.
  • Fluent in the local language and good communication in English.
