Amazon is seeking a Team Lead for its Quick Commerce Fulfillment Center in Sonipat, Haryana. This role involves managing daily end-to-end operations, including inbound, outbound, and ICQA, while ensuring Amazon's performance and quality metrics are met. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining cost targets and upholding the safety and morale of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, on a daily basis, end-to-end operations for a 3P operated Produce Hub overseeing inbound, outbound and ICQA operations.
  • Meet Amazon's performance & quality metrics, while maintaining cost targets for the site and upholding safety and morale of the 3P team reporting to you.
  • Work with all stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and partner experience.
  • Keep a close monitoring of site health by conducting 4M, 5S and inventory audits for the Hub on a daily basis.
  • Initially to be part of planning and executing the launch of the Hub and then ramp up the site to necessary processing capacity.

Requirements

  • A graduate with 1-3 yrs of experience in a customer facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing.
  • Strong execution skills, action oriented, go getter.
  • Good people management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree

  • 2+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience
