Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end operations for delivery stations.
  • Execute inbound and outbound operations.
  • Meet customer-facing metrics while maintaining cost targets.
  • Uphold safety and morale of the reporting team.
  • Drive performance management and implement training plans for team members.
  • Continuously improve delivery processes.
  • Conduct daily 4M and 5S audits.
  • Stand-in for Area Manager.
  • Manage day and night shifts.
  • Handle customer escalations and ensure a good delivery experience.

Requirements

  • Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
  • Strong execution skills, action-oriented, go-getter.
  • Resourceful to identify ways to get things done using limited resources.
  • Good people management skills.
  • Comfortable with reading, writing, and communicating in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Good analytical and deep dive skills.
  • Experience managing large teams of associates ('yellow/green badge AA').
