Qualcomm is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Talent Acquisition Specialist for its Campus Recruiting team in Cork, Ireland. This role focuses on attracting, engaging, and hiring early-career talent, managing the end-to-end recruitment process for internships and graduate programs, and executing university engagement activities.

Responsibilities

  • Support the EMEA campus recruiting strategy by attracting, engaging, and hiring early-career talent across multiple countries.
  • Execute the end-to-end recruitment process for internship and graduate hiring programs, including screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
  • Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams to ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Plan and execute university engagement activities, careers fairs, networking events, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Assist in the delivery of Qualcomm's internship program, including onboarding, communications, and development events.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, program metrics, and candidate records.
  • Represent Qualcomm professionally at virtual and in-person events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
  • OR Associate's degree and 4+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
  • OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
  • Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, University Relations, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and virtual collaboration tools.

Desired Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in the technology industry.
  • 1+ year of work experience in one or more of the following areas: ATS (i.e., Workday), sourcing, interviewing, compensation, and benefits.
  • Previous experience supporting recruitment, HR, events, customer service, or program administration.
  • Experience working with students, universities, or early-career talent programs.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a curiosity for AI driven efficiency.
  • Interest in talent acquisition, employer branding, and university recruiting.
  • Interest in working across multiple countries and understanding hiring related rules and regulations unique to each country.
  • Experience coordinating projects or events.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
