We are seeking a Supply Chain Specialist - Master Data to ensure accurate and structured material data for efficient supply chain operations. This role involves creating and maintaining materials in SAP, managing data quality, and collaborating with various stakeholders to support material availability.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain materials in SAP
  • Follow up on data quality and resolve errors
  • Support material availability in the distribution center
  • Support engineering changes, reactivations, phase-outs, and Last Time Buys
  • Collaborate with colleagues across supply chain planning, plants, sourcing, logistics, production, marketing, trade, and spare parts
  • Ask questions, follow up, and help create structure when information is missing, priorities change, or ownership needs clarification

Requirements

  • Understanding of the value of accurate, reliable data and supply chain flows
  • Experience and/or education within master data and data management in supply chain, logistics, sourcing, planning, and information management
  • Willingness to learn, ask questions, and grow into the role
  • Ability to create structure and accuracy, thrive in details, solve problems, and understand how details connect to the bigger picture
  • Good collaboration skills, clear and helpful communication
  • Comfortable following up when information is missing or priorities shift
  • Positive attitude and ownership mindset
