  • Implement actionable observability—metrics, structured logs, and distributed tracing—to support proactive monitoring and rapid incident response.
  • Develop AI-assisted operational workflows that help triage issues, recommend fixes, and reduce manual intervention while keeping humans in control.
  • Define and validate high-availability and disaster recovery strategies through testing, documentation, and continuous improvement of critical services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 6+ years of professional experience in software engineering or a similar domain.
  • Strong programming capability in Python, JavaScript, and scripting languages such as Shell and/or PowerShell, with a focus on maintainable, well-tested production code.
  • Proven ability to design and operate reliable, scalable, secure service architectures, including performance tuning and operational readiness.
  • Strong working knowledge of Linux environments, core networking principles, and disciplined troubleshooting of distributed systems.
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and tooling, plus at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies and tools, and understanding of how to manage environments through repeatable automation.
  • Exposure to machine learning or AI technologies and ability to apply them thoughtfully to improve operational workflows and productivity.

Desired Qualifications

  • Proactive about spotting risk and ambiguity early, and surfacing it with clear options rather than surprises.
  • Approach collaboration by aligning on goals first, then driving decisions with evidence, tradeoffs, and shared context.
  • Communicate crisply in writing and conversation, tailoring detail to your audience and documenting decisions so others can move faster.
  • Steady under pressure, focusing on restoring service, learning from incidents, and improving systems.
  • Approach feedback as a tool, seeking it early, giving it respectfully, and using it to raise the quality of outcomes.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive range of health, wellness, and financial benefits.
  • Total rewards include both monetary and non-monetary offerings.
  • Annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses may be eligible.
  • Competitive total rewards package.
  • Opportunity to work in a dynamic IT team focused on delivering world-class infrastructure services.
