This role involves supporting and implementing Saviynt IGA for large-scale customers, requiring strong coding skills in Java and deep knowledge of IAM concepts. The candidate will provide Level 3 support and troubleshoot critical incidents under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Support and implementation of Saviynt for medium to large-scale customers.
  • Provide Level 3 support for Saviynt IGA.
  • Troubleshoot critical incidents under pressure.
  • Work with global counterparts.
  • Customer-facing exposure is a must.

Requirements

  • Total 8 years of experience in development/implementation of Saviynt IGA tool.
  • Minimum 2 years of Level 3 support of Saviynt IGA.
  • Excellent knowledge of JAVA /J2EE, JavaScript and other scripting languages and XML.
  • Strong knowledge of Access Reviews and certifications in Saviynt.
  • Strong Java debugging skills.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of LDAP concepts and working experience with at least few of the LDAPs.
  • Extensive experience in development/support of workflows, forms and other Saviynt components.
  • Experience working with Application/Web Servers (Tomcat, WebLogic, Websphere) or developing J2EE products.
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills.
  • Customer Facing Exposure is must.

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of IAM concepts like JML, RBAC, Provisioning, etc.
  • Demonstrate strong technical skills.
  • Demonstrate strong problem troubleshooting skills.
  • Be a strong team player.
