Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to address complex brand protection challenges.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning Product, Engineering, Operations, Science, and Policy teams.
- Establish key mechanisms, dashboards, and self-service tooling to enhance brand protection capabilities.
- Influence roadmap prioritization across multiple organizations as an IP protection thought leader.
- Drive clear communication channels and strategic stakeholder engagement with internal teams and external brand partners.
- Identify and resolve ambiguity across organizational boundaries, scoping problems and driving alignment.
- Analyze defect trends, policy gaps, and process inefficiencies to design scalable mechanisms.
- Author and present program updates to senior leadership.
- Manage competing priorities across regional teams and make trade-off recommendations.
- Own complex enforcement decisions in ambiguous, high-stakes situations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
- 5+ years of program or project management experience.
- 5+ years of delivering cross-functional projects.
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field.
- Ability to shape strategy from scratch.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity.
- Global role requiring effective communication and understanding of diverse needs of international brands, operational teams, and stakeholders.
