Responsibilities
- Develop PR/FAQ, vision, and business requirements for impactful Gen-AI/LLM based experiences for selling partners.
- Understand pain points of various seller types and prioritize business needs across different countries.
- Ideate product ideas and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI technology (Generative AI, Large Language Models).
- Launch products and drive them to market, demonstrating business impact across several international countries.
- Manage challenging, complex, and ambiguous projects across multiple teams and locations.
- Marshal large amounts of data and leverage new-age technology domains like Generative AI to make recommendations and build business cases.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
- Experience managing technical products or online services.
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools.
- 6+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
- Enthusiastic about managing challenging, complex and ambiguous projects across multiple teams and locations.
- Comfortable marshalling large amounts of data.
- Expert with new-age technology domains like Generative AI.
- Tenured Product leader who shares Amazon's passion for the customer.
- Understands the importance of compelling features and functionalities in driving great experience.
- Able to influence without authority and earn trust of a wide range of cross-functional, tech/non-tech stakeholders.
