Responsibilities
- Processing invoices as per agreed timeliness and quality.
- Performing quality checks based on agreed parameters and providing feedback.
- Preparing dashboards covering key metrics.
- Identifying root causes for problems within Accounts Payable or internal Amazon systems and leading initiatives to fix them.
- Conducting follow-up tasks, communicating opportunities for improvement, and agreeing on action plans.
- Analyzing key supplier trends and governing mediation requirements.
- Acting as a main point of contact for TOP Amazon Suppliers to develop strong business relationships and resolve conflicts.
- Preparing vendor health scorecards and conducting reviews.
- Identifying vendor accounts likely to become a delivery hold situation and proactively working on their account balances.
- Addressing account-related inquiries and concerns from vendors.
- Ensuring vendors know to use Amazon tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting and commerce (B. Com).
- 3+ years of finance operations/shared services, accounts payable, account receivable (collections), or general ledger experience.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
