Responsibilities
- Drive the development, provision, and operation of digital products and services using new and existing technology and agile delivery methods.
- Build, integrate, and use software to solve complex problems.
- Work with modern & efficient human resource technology, leading the group’s digital agenda in sub-domains involving Talent, Total Rewards, People Management and People Planning.
- Build smart, automatically tested, and well-functioning systems.
- Work with a large landscape of domains and subdomains.
- Understand how to reach out to people and reach consent.
- Manage a backlog, prioritizing value delivery.
- Work with legacy monoliths and transform them to an event-driven cloud architecture.
- Ensure scalability for both performance and cost.
- Develop and maintain order management systems, handling creation, execution, release, and deviation of orders.
- Collaborate with remote teams in hubs in Malmo & Helsingborg, Sweden.
- Work in driven, empowered agile teams that understand priorities and how to come to agreements with other teams and domains.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Java/Kotlin or similar programming language experience writing well-designed, efficient code
- Cloud experience, GCP preferred, Alibaba Cloud is also of interest
- Docker, Kubernetes, or other container technologies using modern DevOps practices
- Spring Boot microservices and API management
- Event-driven architecture using tools like Kafka, Pub/Sub, etc.
- Experience with a modern, fully automated development and deployment process
- In-depth understanding of design patterns with strong technical aptitude
- NoSQL and relational database technologies
- Logging, alerting, tracing, and debugging in the cloud
- Security concepts especially around the cloud
- Ability to work with remote teams based in Sweden.
