Responsibilities

  • Contribute in all areas: analyse, design, develop, test and maintain services delivered by the team
  • Collaborate with the product owner, business analyst and other roles to refine the product backlog
  • Decide on how to build the solution within architecture frames
  • Solve and deploy solutions of incidents and problems
  • Participate and follow maintenance processes
  • Ensure quality, accessibility and care when designing, building and maintaining software
  • Design new tests, improve existent ones and execute tests to secure needed quality
  • Strive for high level of automation of the tasks tests that are of the repeatable nature for the whole continuous delivery pipeline
  • Proactively seek and give feedback on the delivered code to improve over time
  • Work in a value stream where a feature team- and shared backlog setup is the preferred way of working

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in Java, Spring Boot and Angular
  • AI-first mindset where you strive to adapt to a new way of working and use the latest tools available
  • A good understanding of clean architecture, DDD is a plus
  • Experience with development tool chains such as Git
  • Experience within the banking sector or a large organization is an advantage, particularly in Entitlements and Access Management
  • Eagerness to learn, develop, and grow within the role
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • A solution-oriented person with a customer-centric and business value driven mindset
  • A great team player and with a strong will to learn and share your knowledge
  • Self-sufficient and self-organized with a desire to continuously improve
  • Capability to deliver in a changing and fast-moving environment
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Fluency in Swedish is a plus

Desired Qualifications
