As a Subject Matter Expert (Support & Ops) for Data LAN/WAN, you will be responsible for resolving escalated incidents and tickets, ensuring quality compliance with SLAs, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This role also involves contributing to team capability development and operational efficiencies within a multi-vendor network environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely resolution of escalated incidents and tickets in the Data LAN/WAN area.
- Maintain quality compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Foster positive customer satisfaction through effective communication and in-depth analysis.
- Contribute to the development of team capabilities and operational efficiencies.
- Design and implement solutions related to WAN, LAN, and WLAN.
Requirements
- Versa SDWAN is a required skill.
- AWS knowledge.
- Design and hands-on implementation experience.
- Supporting WAN, LAN, WLAN on a multi-vendor network (Juniper, Aruba, Mist, Cradlepoint, Cisco).
- JNCIP or JNCIE level certification with focus on WAN, LAN, WLAN.
- Experience with Aruba Central, Aruba switches, and Aruba WLAN.
- Experience with Mist dashboard and WLAN.
- Cisco CCNP or CCIE level on WAN & LAN.
- In-depth knowledge of Data LAN/WAN technologies and incident management processes.
- Strong analytical skills for root cause and trend analysis.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and present findings.
- Proven ability to mentor and guide team members in support operations.
Desired Qualifications
- ITIL Foundation Certification is preferred.
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Certification is optional but valuable.
