- Participate in capacity planning to optimize resource allocation.
- Engage in customer meetings to address issues and propose actionable solutions using network automation insights.
- Conduct thorough validations of analyses, including root cause and trend analysis.
- Present insights and performance reports to key business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Network Automation and Cisco ACI technologies.
- Proficiency in incident resolution and escalation management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to liaise with business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with change management processes and capacity planning.
- Ability to perform detailed data analysis to support operational improvements.
Desired Qualifications
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) is optional but valuable.
- ITIL Foundation Certification is optional but valuable.
