- Diagnose issues to prevent equipment downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Perform installations and ensure safety compliance.
- Document all activities.
- Act as the on-site contact for customers, providing service recommendations and addressing needs promptly.
- Collaborate with colleagues in planning, spare parts coordination, and remote technical support.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of professional experience in repair and maintenance of industrial equipment.
- Technical education (Mechanical or Electrical studies) or significant technical experience in industrial machinery.
- Native speaker of Romanian.
- Good command of English.
- Hands-on mindset with an affinity for working with machines, eager to learn and grow.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and openness to learning new systems.
- Valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites.
