Responsibilities
- Provide installation and commissioning service for customers.
- Provide equipment maintenance training to customers on-site.
- Perform day-to-day service operations and activities for compressor equipments.
- Identify difficult problems and provide total solutions to customers.
- Provide technical advice to customers to minimize equipment downtime.
- Instruct and guide new engineers.
- Reduce maintenance costs and improve equipment performance & efficiency.
- Provide reports to Service Supervisors summarizing technical issues, customer concerns, and potential requirements for aftermarket products.
- Coordinate with sales team to provide efficient after-sales service to customers.
- Maintain relationships with the technical team to provide feedback about product quality issues and technical solutions.
- Contribute to sustainable operations for parts and service, and ensure good structure in quality, safety, and environment issues.
Requirements
- More than 3 years of experience in compressor equipment service or related equipment.
- College graduated or above, majored in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- Willing to travel.
- Basic English in speaking and reading.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team spirit and customer-oriented concept.
