Alfa Laval is seeking a Service Center Technician in Jubail Industrial City. This full-time, on-site role involves excellent knowledge of repair processes, monitoring performance, and acting as a link between the team and management. Experience with heat exchangers, centrifuges, and welding is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Monitor processes and performance with a focus on waste elimination.
- Act as a link between the team, support functions, and team manager.
- Develop key processes and tools within the team.
- Close competence gaps by training/coaching and running SOP audit dialogues.
- Control quality, deviations, and service execution stops together with the team manager.
- Support team members with immediate problem-solving when needed.
- Support and participate in problem-solving and knowledge-sharing with other service organizations in AL.
- Optionally coordinate, plan, and support the daily work of the team/shift.
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of repair processes, products, and applications.
- Previous experience of Plate and Welded Heat Exchangers reconditioning and maintenance (is a plus).
- Previous experience of decanter centrifuge maintenance (is a plus).
- Tig welding experience (is a plus).
