Manage service bids and projects for Alstom in Villeneuve, Switzerland, driving growth strategies and optimizing project performance across tender and execution phases. This role requires strong project management, business development, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Implement business development strategy for Service in CH and Villeneuve site.
  • Develop relationships with customers and partners.
  • Seek and propose additional opportunities to the Customer Director & Platform.
  • Analyze request for proposal (RFP) in detail.
  • Manage QCD optimization in liaise with Bid Costing Manager.
  • Prepare documentation for customer submission (technical description, planning, pricing).
  • Define project objectives and drivers to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Be accountable for project QCDP performance and optimize Project Financial performance (Margin & Cash).
  • Elaborate Project Management Plan (PMP) and allocate objectives.
  • Ensure project governance and define project strategy.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Engineering or Economics.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a project manager or manager of an operational scope.
  • German language min. level B2/C1.
  • Good Knowledge of Project Management Processes.
  • Experience in matrix organizations.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Leadership and entrepreneurship oriented mindset.

Desired Qualifications

  • IPMA level C is a plus.
  • Knowledge about Alstom's ways of working is a plus.
  • Experience in working in multi-national companies is a plus.
  • Knowledge of railway products and systems is an advantage.
