Senior Technical Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer with 5+ years of hands‑on mobile application development experience to design, build, and maintain high‑performance, scalable cross‑platform applications. The role involves working across the full SDLC, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, mentoring junior developers, and delivering secure, production‑grade mobile solutions across multiple domains including SaaS, e‑commerce, hospitality, property, IoT, and lifestyle applications.

Key Responsibilities

Application DevelopmentDesign, develop, and maintain Flutter-based mobile applications for Android and iOS.Build reusable, scalable UI components such as navigation flows, tab bars, forms, map views, date & image pickers, and responsive layouts.Implement secure authentication and session management (JWT, OTP, secure login/logout).Ensure high performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.Architecture & IntegrationDesign and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.Work with local and cloud databases such as SQLite, MySQL, Oracle, Firebase.Implement push notifications, real-time updates, and background services.Integrate third‑party SDKs, IoT data streams, and secure device data where required.Support Azure/Firebase-based integrations and backend connectivity.Project Delivery & SDLCParticipate in requirement analysis, feasibility checks, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.Contribute to or lead project planning, task management, and milestone tracking.Conduct unit testing, support UAT, and ensure smooth production deployments.Support CI/CD pipelines for mobile builds and releases.Leadership & CollaborationCollaborate closely with product owners, designers, backend engineers, and QA teams.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and improve app architecture.Communicate effectively with stakeholders and support mid‑project demos and reviews.Continuous ImprovementIdentify and resolve performance bottlenecks and production issues.Stay updated with Flutter ecosystem, UI/UX best practices, and mobile security standards.Leverage modern tooling (e.g., AI-assisted development tools) to improve productivity and code quality.
