Seeking a Senior Technical Lead with expertise in UI Path or Power Automate to act as a Solution Architect. This role involves providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and ensuring quality assurance to optimize technological setups and suggest necessary changes for client needs and ambitions. The position is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
  • Conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization, and implementation of best practices and coding standards.
  • Ensure process compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussions/reviews as a technical consultant for feasibility studies (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and prepare and submit status reports.

Requirements

  • Expertise in UI Path or Power Automate.
  • Experience as a Solution Architect.
  • Technical expert to analyze technological setups and suggest changes.
  • Experience from RPA practice is preferred for UI Path roles.
  • Experience from MBAP for Power Automate roles.
