Responsibilities
- Lead strategic requirements across Amazon India's Sort Center network (20 SCs in 12 cities).
- Oversee nine critical verticals: Safety, Cost, New Technology Initiatives, Reliability Engineering, Base Building Management, Asset Performance Management (APM), Sustainability, Skill Development, and Business Analytics.
- Drive transformative initiatives including SC Championships (technician and Blue Badge skill enhancement).
- Run MBRs with Mile Ops Directors and stakeholder function leaders.
- Maintain strategic connects with HR Leaders and Ops on Voice of Associates.
- Manage OP1/OP2 workflows, Blue Badge headcount planning, and Free Cash Flow (FCF) initiatives.
- Embed a zero-tolerance safety culture.
- Drive OP budget cycle understanding site-level requirements.
- Drive >7% YoY cost efficiency via reduction in reactive repairs and idle asset management.
- Improve asset reliability, targeting 99.9% uptime and 97% sustainability compliance.
- Drive WBR for the SC business unit and manage Transfer of Asset (TOA) processes.
- Develop technicians and close technical skill gaps through learning programs and capability building.
- Govern RME SC OPEX and enable >10% YoY savings through analytics, spare control, and preventive strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of program or project management experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field.
