Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and drive results to increase organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Increase workforce capability, improve organizational design and structure.
- Provide change leadership, strategic staffing, talent management/succession planning.
- Support day-to-day operations and ongoing process improvement.
- Handle employee relations, perform management coaching, and organizational assessment/development.
- Provide project management for HR initiatives and company-wide HR projects.
- Lead automation projects, management training, succession planning, and policy review/implementation.
- Develop junior members and peers through coaching and mentoring.
Requirements
- 5+ years of human resource generalist experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Knowledge of local labor law.
- Experience as a human resource generalist.
- Experience with human resource theory, functions, and practice.
- Experience with performance appraisal systems and staff development.
- Experience supporting an hourly employee client group.
- Experience with MS Office tools and HR Information Systems.
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources Management.
- Experience assessing management and executive talent.
- Experience developing and administering HR compensation plans.
- Experience in human resources with companies supporting 250-500 or more associates.
