Executing and coordinating CAE activities related to system simulation projects.
Performing meshing and analysis tasks independently with minimal supervision.
Understanding project requirements and delivering assigned work within agreed timelines.
Ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of simulation and analysis results.
Using HyperMesh, LS-DYNA, Primer, and LS-Post for project execution.
Supporting system model setup activities and NCAPS-related simulations.
Taking full ownership and accountability for assigned tasks and project deliverables.
Participating in project reviews and incorporating feedback from account managers and stakeholders.
Collaborating effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
Supporting knowledge-sharing and training activities within the team.
Exploring and adopting new simulation methodologies, tools, and processes.
Maintaining compliance with company policies, ethics, and organizational values.
Adapting to changing business needs and supporting shift-based operations when required.
If you have/are:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or a related discipline.
3–6 years of experience in Automotive, Auto Ancillary, or Engineering Services industries.
Experience in Automotive Safety simulations.
Strong expertise in HyperMesh and LS-DYNA.
Working knowledge of Primer and LS-Post.
Knowledge of NCAPS and system model setup.
Programming and automation skills (preferred).
Experience in Human Body Model (HBM) simulations (added advantage).
Product knowledge of seatbelts and airbags, including their functionality and applications (desirable).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive mindset with a passion for learning new tools, techniques, and technologies.
