Responsibilities
- Prepare and Manage RFQ (Request for quotation)
- Strategic Sourcing
- Manage and negotiate purchasing performance
- Generate the Purchase Agreement (contract)
- Ensure contract execution: terms & conditions
- Manage escalation level with suppliers
- Manage administrative work (Purchase orders, amendments, etc.)
- Manage reporting (e.g., Performance roadmap)
- Coordinate and prepare business reviews with suppliers
- Work with suppliers and supply chain to ensure prompt resolution to Vehicle’s off road (VOR’s)
Requirements
- Commodity Strategy
- Prepare and Manage RFQ (Request for quotation)
- Strategic Sourcing
- Negotiate purchasing performance
- Generate Purchase Agreement (contract)
- Ensure contract execution
- Manage supplier escalations
- Manage administrative work (Purchase orders, amendments)
- Manage reporting
- Negotiate commercial performance, Monozokuri, Value Optimization (VO), and Raw Material indexation/optimization
- Coordinate business reviews with suppliers
- Ensure prompt resolution to Vehicle’s off road (VOR’s)
Desired Qualifications
- Certification in Component Cost Estimation methodologies such as Boothroyd or SEER Galorath is a plus
