Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning and reporting processes (budgeting, forecasting, business planning, monthly performance reviews).
- Coordinate the Controlling team, supporting team members and the Director.
- Connect financial performance with business insight for Product Line & commercial teams.
- Support business case evaluations, pricing improvements, and investment decisions.
- Lead monthly forecasting processes and improve forecast accuracy.
- Support price negotiations and work with Pricing teams.
- Set sales bonus targets and conduct follow-ups.
Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in business controlling or financial analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial models.
- Fluent in English.
- Proactive, structured, and business-oriented mindset.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) is a strong advantage.
- Experience leading teams or leading a project is a strong advantage.
