Senior Analyst - FEA, ANSYS, Abaqus

Job Summary

Minimum Experience is- 3

Position Specific Duties - - Perform Structural analysis to support conceptual/preliminary/detailed design of systems and sub-systems of Turf & Compact Utility equipment using various analysis and simulation software.

- Independently or under guidance from more experienced engineers, prepare analysis approach for the design problems/field failure issues, along with performance criteria, by seeking all available information and using engineering principles.

- Required Skills are- - Prior experience with any of the following FEA modeling tools: Hypermesh
- Prior experience with any of the following FEA solvers: Optistruct, Abaqus
- Experience with Metal Fatigue & Durability Assessment of Machine Structures

Skill Requirements

1. Strong knowledge of finite element analysis (fea) methodologies and techniques.
2. Handson experience with abaqus and ansys software for conducting fea simulations.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data and identify patterns.
4. Good communication skills to effectively convey analysis results and recommendations.
5. Detail oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
6. Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.

Other Requirements

1.Certification in FEA Analysis, Abaqus, or ANSYS is a plus.
