Responsibilities

  • Accountable for ongoing management activities and improvements related to PAM systems, especially CyberArk, including installation, upgrade, and patching.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and provide consultation.
  • Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements or migrations to CyberArk PAM.
  • Stay updated with the latest PAM features, security trends, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, engineers, project managers) for successful CyberArk implementations.
  • Manage day-to-day CyberArk operations.
  • Monitor and review logs/events for UNIX, Windows, and other user identity management platforms.
  • Administer privileged user accounts on Windows and UNIX using CyberArk components.
  • Integrate platforms (UNIX servers, Windows servers, Databases, networking Devices) with CyberArk.
  • Conduct health check monitoring on CyberArk servers for stability and availability.
  • Create and manage Safes, platforms, and Owners.
  • Manage CPM policies.
  • Implement the Password Upload Utility.
  • Audit accounts and generate reports, address user login and permission issues.
  • Automate tasks using CyberArk PACLI.
  • Integrate virtual environments (ESX, ESXi hosts) with CyberArk.

Requirements

  • 4 to 5 years of experience in operations OR deployment & implementation of Privileged Access Management using CyberArk solution for large scale customers.
  • Experience with Cyber-Ark Privileged Access Security (PAS) suite.
  • Management/Administration of Privileged Access Management tool.
  • Maintains contact with vendors regarding security system updates, products, and maintenance agreements.
  • Reviews solutions of recommended products, applications, and infrastructure to uphold customer's security measures related to Identity and Access Management.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, PLSQL, UNIX, Active Directory, Windows etc.
  • Experience in the use of CyberArk PACLI.
  • Experience using LDAP, Active Directory.
  • Experience in Windows and Linux operating systems with PAM Solution.
  • Knowledge of virtual environments with experience in integrating ESX, ESX(i) hosts with the CyberArk solution.
  • SIEM or ticketing systems (such as Rapid 7, SNOW) enterprise monitoring and alerting using SNMP.
  • Understanding of SSH and Windows RDP.
