Responsibilities
- Create and modify vendor and customer records for group and non-group companies.
- Manage master data processes and understand the entire P2P process.
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries.
- Support the team lead/Supervisor in publishing daily reports.
- Contribute lean ideas and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 4 to 5 years of experience in Master Data process.
- SAP knowledge is a must.
- Good knowledge of accounting concepts.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience working with Excel, Access, and Power Point.
- Strong problem-solving, accounting, documentation, research, resolution, data analysis, and multi-tasking skills.
- Solid knowledge about data validation, presentation, and interpretation.
- Fast learner, able to learn accounting flows in different systems.
- Detail-oriented, professional attitude, reliable.
- Teamwork attitude and service-minded.
- Well-organized and a self-starter.
- Good IT skills/technical expertise.
- Commitment, self-reliance, and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Aware of controls related to master data process.
- Open for any shift.
Desired Qualifications
- Preferable experience in working with SAP.
- Preferable experience from the Manufacturing industry/shared service experience is a plus.
