As an SC&E Manager within Accenture's Supply Chain and Operations practice, you will help organizations transform their supply chains for positive business and societal impact. This role involves delivering Sourcing and Procurement transformation projects, focusing on strategic cost reduction and optimization using tools like Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, and O9 Solutions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Sourcing and Procurement transformation projects in strategic cost reduction, sourcing optimization, procurement transformation, and intelligent procurement.
- Implement automation in order processing, warehouse management, and transportation to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Reduce costs across sourcing, procurement, logistics, and warehousing.
- Gain real-time visibility into the supply chain to identify bottlenecks, track shipments, and respond to disruptions.
- Co-create with the client, articulate transformation, and drive innovation.
- Establish self as a trusted advisor with client leadership through in-depth understanding of the client and industry experience in digital supply chain planning and procurement.
- Build networks at Accenture to bring the best of Accenture to the client.
- Design and build assets that distinguish Accenture capabilities to drive additional business.
Requirements
- Proven experience across industries like Consumer Goods, Life Sciences, Automotive, Manufacturing with in-depth digital supply chain expertise and handling clients especially in the Indian market.
- Demonstrate sustained expertise in cost optimization by leveraging technology to improve efficiency, enhance visibility, and streamline operations across the entire supply chain.
- Experience of 8 years in consulting with domestic consulting experience is preferred.
- Strong program management skills such as budget management, project planning, time management, communication, decision-making, presentation, and organization skills.
- Ability to solve complex business problems and deliver client delight.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Cross-cultural competence with an ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience is required.
Desired Qualifications
- B.Tech/BE with Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or post graduate degree in management (PGDM) is preferred.
