- Analyze market trends and provide management with accurate information on pricing, competitive activities, and regional issues.
- Prepare and propose service product offerings, calculating sales prices using the company's discount strategy and quoting tools.
- Monitor and report on service sales activities, keeping the CRM updated with customer visit reports, opportunities, and quotation statuses.
- Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities that maximize customer relationships and business outcomes.
Requirements
- University degree or above, majored in mechanical engineer or equivalent.
- More than 2 years’ experience in technical or sales field at a machinery company.
- Good computer skills including Microsoft series.
- Strong interpersonal communication, teamwork and customer oriented.
- Willing to travel.
