Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers, stakeholders, and key business partners to support and influence hiring decisions aligned with business priorities.
- Translate business requirements into clear and effective recruitment strategies, combining global guidelines with local market knowledge.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from intake to offer and onboarding readiness, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
- Design and execute sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessment activities to identify the right talent.
- Act as a trusted Talent Advisor by sharing market insights and best practices, helping hiring managers make informed and equitable decisions.
- Deliver a positive, transparent, and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Ensure accurate management of recruitment systems and administrative processes, supporting smooth transitions to onboarding.
- Collaborate within the global Talent Acquisition community, contributing to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Hold a full-time university degree. Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in corporate talent acquisition, preferably in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
- Knowledge of sourcing, interviewing, and assessment techniques.
- Experience with ATS and recruitment tools.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently while staying connected and collaborative with a global team.
