Responsibilities
- Drive sourcing capability and capacity across a geographically dispersed team.
- Proactively build diverse candidate pools leveraging all available talent channels.
- Partner with business leaders to influence and deliver quality assessment.
- Ensure a high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruitment funnel.
- Inform global teams on sourcing best practices.
- Help teams deliver results to achieve talent demand goals.
- Partner with stakeholders to determine future talent needs and set sourcing strategies.
- Conduct market research to find the best, diverse talent.
- Build, engage, manage, and develop a high-performing team.
- Set team performance goals, metrics, and timelines.
- Develop and execute plans to identify and drive productivity improvements.
- Periodically lead or participate in cross-business/cross-company special projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting or HR experience.
- Experience building, coaching, and managing a recruiting team.
- Experience managing large dispersed recruiting/sourcing teams.
- Experience working with recruiting tools and systems, including resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and spreadsheets.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience creating, measuring, and scaling workflow among candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
- Experience managing senior staff or staffing managers.
- Experience partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches.
- Ability to manage customer/partner expectations.
- Experience with workforce planning.
