Responsibilities
- Support portfolio management activities and location strategy analysis.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and upcoming workplace needs.
- Monitor portfolio and operational performance against budgets and plans.
- Support the development and communication of workplace and location strategies.
- Contribute to the oversight of physical security and workplace compliance requirements.
- Review workplace services and vendor performance, identifying opportunities for service and cost improvements.
- Analyze workplace experience feedback and support actions that enhance employee experience.
- Support day-to-day workplace and operational activities across the portfolio.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a University doing a Degree or Masters program.
- Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, Economics, or a related field.
- Interested in workplace strategy, business operations, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with data, reporting, and presentations.
- Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with different stakeholders.
