As a Real Estate Manager for Volvo Trucks Belgium & Luxembourg, you will oversee the entire Real Estate agenda, including wholesale operations and the retail network. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Real Estate and Property Management for Volvo Trucks Belgium & Luxembourg.
- Develop and execute the Real Estate strategy and property portfolio plan.
- Establish Real Estate governance with clear ownership, processes, and decision-making.
- Implement systems for managing requests, contracts, and documentation.
- Lead property transactions and major Real Estate projects (leasing, acquisitions, renovations, etc.).
- Oversee facilities and property operations, ensuring service delivery, legal compliance, and cost efficiency.
- Manage Real Estate operating and investment budgets, business cases, and suppliers.
- Partner with management to translate business needs into Real Estate solutions.
Requirements
- Solid experience in Real Estate, Property, or Facilities Management.
- Experience managing various property types (offices, workshops, industrial, retail).
- Strong ability to create structure, clear processes, and effective ways of working.
- Good knowledge of property contracts, leasing, suppliers, facilities management, projects, and budget follow-up.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on and accountable leadership style.
- Strong project management skills.
- Fluency in English, Dutch, and French.
- Bachelor's/master's degree or equivalent experience.
