What you’ll do:

Single point of contact with customer which looks to reach the customer excellence. Analyze any product non-conformity reported by customer or cross dock in order to contain it and properly solve it. Responsible to monitor and track external PPM in order to generate continuous improvement actions; and support implementation and maintenance of lessons learned system by active involvement. Problem Solving Customer PPAP approval NCEs and PPMs reduction Customer Satisfaction Cumplimiento del SQDCM 

What is required:

Engineering / Professional carrier Quality Engineer

Quality basic tool knowledge: Process Control Plan, PFMEA, PPAP, Process Flow Diagram, Problem solving tools such as 8D, Ishikawa, PDCA, Six Sigma etc. SPC , MinitabProblem Solving, SPC or quality tool desirable
