WeQuel is seeking a Project Manager for a PLM transformation project in Finspång, Sweden. The role focuses on leading business requirements and use case delivery within a leading manufacturing organization. This is a full-time, 100% onsite position with a contract duration from September 14, 2026, to September 30, 2027.
Responsibilities
- Lead business requirement gathering and maintain User Stories & Functional Requirements in Jira
- Own the use case/component backlog and translate strategy into sprint goals
- Coordinate cross-functional SMEs, Solution Architects, and business stakeholders
- Identify gaps and align current practices with PLM upgrade proposals
- Collaborate with the business to close gaps and define best ways of working
- Support validation and testing to ensure delivered functionality meets business needs
- Represent your component in design reviews, dependency discussions, and alignment sessions
- Identify data migration requirements
- Support business readiness through Show & Tell, sandbox testing, and training inputs
Requirements
- Proven experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across Engineering, Operations, Quality, and other functions
- Demonstrated experience defining User Stories, Functional Requirements, and business processes
- Background in PLM, ideally with Teamcenter experience
- Prior experience in engineering/manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and digital thread concepts
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Strong ability to translate complex technical information into clear business language
- Self-starter with strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills, able to operate independently as a business proxy
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Teamcenter PLM specifically
- Previous experience in the automotive, aerospace, or heavy industry/manufacturing sector
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum ways of working
- Experience with data migration projects in an ERP/PLM context
- Certification or training in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, IIBA)
