Responsibilities
- Manage and communicate project objectives and motivate the team.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties for project execution.
- Develop project plans, monitor progress, and define scope and objectives.
- Coach team members, review quality of work, and manage integration of tasks.
- Identify and manage changes to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Analyze and manage risks and establish contingency plans.
- Gain acceptance and sign-off from all parties upon project closure.
- Prepare status reports for upper management.
- Create project documentation and maintain project templates.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years working in project management
- Minimum 5 years in product or equipment management
- Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP (preferably Encompix)
- Solid understanding of discrete manufacturing, bills of material, and supply chain operations
- Knowledge of Project Management methodologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications – PowerPoint and Excel
- New product development skills
- Strong planning skills
- Excellent communication and prioritization skills
- Mastery of Microsoft office 365
