Project Manager -1 based in Satara, India, responsible for executing and managing projects with a focus on long-term infra planning, cost control, risk mitigation, EHS, and quality. Requires an Electrical Engineering graduate with 8-10 years of experience, driving sustainability and green agenda projects.

Responsibilities

  • Long Term Infra Planning and developing systems for multiple project management.
  • Project & electrical management.
  • Effective coordination for project establishment and maintenance with cost control, risk mitigation, on-time completion, EHS, and quality.
  • End-to-end project management from concept to handover with strict Capex and timeline adherence.
  • Manage project life cycle: feasibility study, business case presentation, capex approvals, engineering, procurement, construction management, and handover with documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and approvals.
  • Map project progress, focusing on look-ahead, actions required, proactively escalating risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Team building and training for skill upgradation.
  • Present complete project deliverables and roadmaps to management.
  • Manage project cost control, spend, and variance.
  • Support factories or the India region with significant projects.
  • Make decisions and manage allocated resources within the given time frame and budget.

Requirements

  • Electrical Engineer graduate with relevant experience.
  • Liaison with MIDC/Electrical Inspector & concerned authorities.
  • Minimum 8 Years to 10 Years of experience.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Drawing reading and understanding of GD &T.
  • Project management experience with reporting metrics of cost, time, and other resources.
  • Ability to influence factory management teams.
  • Experience in managing networks, forming, driving, motivating network members and stakeholders.
  • Drive for results.
  • Customer focus.
  • Good judgement and decision-making skills.
  • Self-motivated, initiator, with the ability to work in stressful situations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with projects that support a green agenda.
  • Projects in cooperation with RE and Civil work is an important experience.
