Senior Product Test Development Engineer position focusing on Fuse and Security IP throughout the project lifecycle, from pre-silicon to manufacturing. Responsibilities include supporting High Volume Manufacturing, debugging silicon failures, developing test contents, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve IP bring-ups.

Responsibilities

  • Work on Fuse and Security IP during the whole project phase, from Pre-Silicon to High Volume Manufacturing.
  • Support High Volume Manufacturing requirements.
  • Triage and debug failures on Silicon.
  • Support Test issues, Failure mode analysis, and yield issues analysis related to Fuse IP.
  • Develop test contents and testing strategies to assist on Fuse bring up on silicon.
  • Work with other Product Development Test Engineers to solve manufacturing challenges involving Fuse/Security IP.
  • Work with cross-functional team to suggest, enhance, and/or improve future Fuse/Security IP bring ups.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in CS/EE with 5+ years’ experience.
  • 5+ Years of experience in Silicon Validation and bring up.
  • Knowledgeable on ATE Platform like Advantest 93K, Teradyne UltraFlex.
  • Experience with software programming/test method development in Java, C++.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
  • OR Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
  • OR PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field.

Desired Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Java programming.
  • Strong understanding of Fuse Sense and Programming, and Cryptography concepts in Silicon.
  • Strong in root cause analysis fundamentals and attention to details.
  • Experience in Digital Testing and design verification.
  • Experience in Test development for validation of Fuse on Silicon.
  • Experience in development of test vectors for tester bring up.
