Responsibilities

  • Improve Enterprise procurement experience by partnering with tech teams, global/IN product development teams, marketing, operations, legal, accounting, tax, and finance teams.
  • Develop roadmaps that include India-first innovations and adaptations of global product features.
  • Re-evaluate and enhance every aspect of the customer's journey: browsing, selection, price display, checkout, payment, delivery, and returns experience for business customers.
  • Build new products such as approval workflows, GST compliance features, multi-user accounts, and spend analytics reports.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of product management experience.
  • Experience managing technical products or online services.
  • Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in the delivery of major new products or services.

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of SQL and VBA at an advanced level.
  • Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases.
  • Experience communicating results throughout the organization.
  • Enthusiasm for managing challenging, ambiguous projects across multiple teams and locations.
  • Comfortable marshaling large amounts of data to make decisions and build business cases.
  • Passion for the customer and understanding the importance of compelling features and functionalities.
