In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Maintain ownership of engineering documentation and product configurations, including bills of materials, specifications, and part number setup aligned with internal and external standards
- Partner with Manufacturing to achieve target yield rates, quality standards, and cost objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and implement opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements
- Provide technical expertise and product support to global Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, and customers
- Test, troubleshoot, and analyze product performance and failures to ensure compliance with specifications
- Develop innovative, practical solutions that address customer requirements within constraints such as low-power mixed signal design and hazardous environments

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Solid knowledge of electronics and strong analytical problem-solving skills to interpret designs, specifications, standards, and product data
- Ability to think creatively and contribute innovative ideas that improve product performance and reliability
- Strong attention to detail with a disciplined approach to documentation and data accuracy
- Hands-on experience working with electronic test equipment and various through-hole and surface-mount components
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with mechanical and pneumatic systems
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Engineering degree in Electronic or Electrical discipline with three years or more of experience in electronic/electrical product support.
