Atlas Copco Group is seeking a Process & Innovation Specialist for their Finance department in Cairo, Egypt. This role focuses on driving process excellence, standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives, acting as a liaison between operations, business, and technology teams.
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing PtP, OtC, and AtR processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead process optimization projects aimed at improving efficiency, quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, process maps, and work instructions.
- Promote best practices and standardization across customer centers and legal entities.
- Identify automation opportunities using digital tools, AI solutions, Power Platform, RPA, and other technologies.
- Lead implementation of automation initiatives from concept to deployment.
- Collaborate with IT and Digitalization teams to design and enhance system functionality.
- Measure and track automation benefits, including productivity gains and quality improvements.
- Lead continuous improvement and transformation projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and ensure project milestones are achieved.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Shared Services, Process Excellence, or Digital Transformation.
- Experience in process mapping, process re-engineering, and project management.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is preferred.
- Shared Services experience is highly preferred.
- Innovative mindset and passion for continuous improvement.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to influence and drive change across teams.
- High level of ownership and accountability.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
