Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end agent security threat model and translate it into a scalable product strategy.
- Build prevention, guardrails, and containment mechanisms to stop malicious instructions and actions.
- Define data flywheel, evaluations, and threat models to measure residual risk and protection coverage.
- Drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution across multiple partner teams.
- Design user-centric guardrails that balance security with user experience.
- Build trust, momentum, and executive sponsorship across different groups and organizations.
- Operate independently with a get-it-done bias in ambiguous situations.
- Lead through influence, creating clarity and direction for multiple workstreams.
- Communicate with clarity and conviction, tailored to executive audiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years of experience in product/service/program management or software development, OR equivalent experience.
- Experience in product/service/program management or software development.
- Experience shipping security, platform, or infrastructure capabilities.
- Background in threat modeling, application security, service security, or AI/LLM security is a plus.
- 4+ years of experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market.
- 6+ years of experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market.
- Track record of setting technical direction adopted by multiple teams, especially in environments without existing playbooks.
- Track record of using metrics and telemetry to prove and improve real-world security posture.
- Demonstrated experience across the full software product development cycle.
- Experience designing user-facing trust, consent, or safety experiences is a plus.
