Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop the parts business in a cost-efficient and profitable way.
  • Ensure a healthy stock level that meets the needs of end customers and workshops.
  • Contribute to a profitable business with well-defined targets through high parts availability and sales.
  • Implement and develop the parts strategy to maximize profitability.
  • Build and develop new and existing customer relationships, ensuring availability and prices are met.
  • Run the Parts operation commercially, fulfilling internal and external customer needs.
  • Ensure the right parts are delivered at the right time, maximizing customer uptime and Scania profitability.
  • Work according to standards, regulations, and requirements.
  • Comply with policies and procedures.
  • Complete documents and records.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness within the workshop.

Requirements

  • Matric Certificate
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Previous experience in automotive industry/warehouse environment
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Computer Literacy
  • Must have been employed in current role for a minimum of 1 year.
