Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the parts business in a cost-efficient and profitable way.
- Ensure a healthy stock level that meets the needs of end customers and workshops.
- Contribute to a profitable business with well-defined targets through high parts availability and sales.
- Implement and develop the parts strategy to maximize profitability.
- Build and develop new and existing customer relationships, ensuring availability and prices are met.
- Run the Parts operation commercially, fulfilling internal and external customer needs.
- Ensure the right parts are delivered at the right time, maximizing customer uptime and Scania profitability.
- Work according to standards, regulations, and requirements.
- Comply with policies and procedures.
- Complete documents and records.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness within the workshop.
Requirements
- Matric Certificate
- Valid driver’s licence
- Previous experience in automotive industry/warehouse environment
- Previous supervisory experience
- Computer Literacy
- Must have been employed in current role for a minimum of 1 year.
