Responsibilities

  • Manage Technical Support, Service Center, and Area Service teams.
  • Oversee and develop outsourced service contractors.
  • Review warranty claims, determine eligibility for reimbursement, and handle related processing.
  • Negotiate directly at customer sites.
  • Travel domestically and internationally as required.

Requirements

  • Business-level English (TOEIC 800+ equivalent).
  • 3+ years of service or sales experience in mining, construction machinery, civil engineering, or mechanical equipment.
  • 5+ years of people management experience.
  • Ability to communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Alignment with the mission to rebuild the service division for greater efficiency and higher customer satisfaction, and to drive mid-to-long-term goals with all stakeholders.

Desired Qualifications

  • Engineering degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading organizational reform initiatives.
