Responsibilities
- Manage Technical Support, Service Center, and Area Service teams.

- Negotiate directly at customer sites.
- Travel domestically and internationally as required.
Requirements
- Business-level English (TOEIC 800+ equivalent).
- 3+ years of service or sales experience in mining, construction machinery, civil engineering, or mechanical equipment.
- 5+ years of people management experience.
- Ability to communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Alignment with the mission to rebuild the service division for greater efficiency and higher customer satisfaction, and to drive mid-to-long-term goals with all stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications
- Engineering degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading organizational reform initiatives.
