Tetra Pak is seeking an Order Administrator in Kunshan, China, to manage the entire order lifecycle from implementation to closed orders, ensuring adherence to Tetra Pak processes. The role involves driving L1/L2 order projects within budget, schedule, and quality frameworks to achieve sales results and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure work is done according to the OFCE / OFSP working process
  • Clarify customer needs, plan, execute and follow-up orders, according to agreed process, until handover to customer to fulfil customer satisfaction
  • Overall responsible for project execution and provide project leadership to deliver project deliverables according to project agreement (acc to order confirmation)
  • Grow and maintain a strong network with Project Centre, Production Centre and SuM
  • Ensure resources deliver in order projects in full according to time, budget and quality
  • Drive kick down meeting, identify root causes of cost variances and conclude the short term and long-term solutions

Requirements

  • University degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience with strong project management foundations
  • Demonstrate leadership capability, with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Have analytical mindset with hands-on experience in data analysis within procurement, supply chain, or manufacturing contexts
  • Proficiency in data visualization and cost performance tracking, with ability to identify risks and highlight optimization opportunities
