Responsibilities
- Lead key relationships with major national kitchen retailers.
- Deliver sales, profitability, and market share targets across all product categories.
- Manage the implementation of account plans and promotional activities.
- Conduct commercial negotiations to drive sustainable business growth.
- Foster strong relationships and create collaborative plans to achieve sales and profit targets.
- Formulate and implement comprehensive business plans aligned with strategic goals.
- Design full-year trade plans that are accurately costed and within budget.
- Collaborate with Trade Operations to develop and execute effective activation plans.
- Conduct product range analysis and work closely with the Product Line team.
- Partner with the Training team to create and deliver training packages.
- Lead and manage Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Ensure regular and precise forecasting by working closely with retail specialists and internal teams.
- Shape and influence the retailer strategy on product presentation in store, online, and in brochures.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a National Account Manager within a commercial, consumer goods company.
- Experienced in managing Head Office stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen, business analysis and numerical interpretation.
- Able to build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- UK driving license.
