Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 20-25 employees.
  • Measure team developmental and performance goals and conduct regular 1x1s.
  • Ensure process deliverables per SLA and manage team and workflow.
  • Deliver on operational and qualitative KPIs such as APL, SPL, and Quality scores.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
  • Generate reports on team performance.
  • Conduct internal quality checks, audits, and provide training and coaching.
  • Translate organizational vision into actionable goals and guide the team.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Prepare metrics, SOPs, and create processes.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the operations management team on process improvements.
  • Communicate with internal customers (ACES, Training, Quality) to drive hiring and development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Graduate or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience, with at least 18 months as a team leader or manager.
  • Proven leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing and motivating teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Very good presentation, feedback, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to observe, analyze, and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Highly energetic and enthusiastic.
  • Ability to lead by example.
  • Hands-on experience with MS-Office, preferably MS-Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Basic data handling and data interpretation skills.
  • Comfortable with 24x7 rotational shifts.
  • Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of education or related field experience.
  • Experience demonstrating strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data.
  • Experience leading prioritization of tasks, team scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.

Desired Qualifications

  • Ability to pull data from numerous databases (using Excel and other data management systems) and perform ad hoc reporting and analysis is a plus.
  • 4+ years of people management experience, or Bachelor's degree.
