ABB is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team, reporting to the Production Supervisor. This role involves responding to breakdowns, performing preventative maintenance using a CMMS, and calibrating equipment to ensure production specifications are met. A high school diploma or GED and 4-6 years of mechanical experience are required.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to emergencies and breakdowns.
  • Complete preventative maintenance tasks and log them in a digital CMMS system.
  • Report recurring problems with machinery and equipment.
  • Identify and address problems with parts for record-keeping.
  • Calibrate and adjust equipment, machinery, and instruments to comply with production specifications.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • A minimum of four to six years of mechanical experience and/or a state license, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • One year certificate from college or technical school and/or a state license.

Desired Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a Safety Sensitive position.
  • Experience with digital CMMS systems.
