The role requires proficiency in Siemens PLCs, C#, Python, digitalization, automation, TPM, and Fanuc robots, along with a strong understanding of pneumatic and motor control systems.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and program Siemens PLCs (S7-300, S7-1500 series).
  • Develop and maintain upper-level computer software using C# and Python.
  • Apply knowledge of digitalization and automation to production manufacturing.
  • Manage and maintain equipment, including understanding TPM principles.
  • Perform robot communication and debugging (Fanuc).
  • Understand principles of pneumatic and pneumatic automatic control equipment.
  • Understand motor control principles (servo motors, stepping motors).

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in machine electrical design and programming.
  • Proficient in programming and maintenance of Siemens PLCs (S7-300, S7-1500 series).
  • Proficient in C# and Python for upper-level computer software.
  • Professional knowledge of digitalization and automation with successful application experience.
  • Systematic understanding and implementation experience in equipment management (TPM).
  • Skilled in industrial control software and proficient in robot communication and debugging (Fanuc).
  • Proficient in pneumatic and pneumatic automatic control equipment principles.
  • Understand motor control principles (servo motor, stepping motor).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility.
  • Proficient in MS OFFICE.
